- HERMO delivers across Malaysia! The shipping rates are as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 6.80 per order
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM 12 per order
- Enjoy FREE Shipping if you hit the minimum purchase amount (excluding Gift With Purchase (GWP), Beauty Grabs, X-OMO Deals) in a single order:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 50
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM 150
- Please note that this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.
Delivery Fees for HERMO Global 🌎
- Products sold under HERMO Global are shipped directly by our international suppliers.
- Free Shipping is available for orders above RM 250 net. For orders below RM 250 the following fees apply:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 18 per order
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM 25 per order
- For HERMO Global products, customs fees and import duties are included in the displayed prices. For more details, feel free to contact our Customer Service team.
Additional Information ℹ
- Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
- Our courier service providers are GDex, Pos Laju, and DHL eCommerce.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.
- If an order contains both Hermo and Hermo Global products, items will be delivered separately by Hermo and Hermo Global.
- HERMO Global parcels will be handled & delivered by EFS.
- For orders with HERMO and HERMO Global products, but only the HERMO purchase meets the Free Shipping requirement, a shipping fee will be charged for your HERMO Global purchase.
- Please ensure your purchased item follows Malaysia shipping regulation, e.g. "Spray" product is prohibited to be delivered via Air Freight. In the case that your purchased item is prohibited, we will cancel the item and proceed for a refund.
- The guarded building will handle the parcel to the guardhouse or management office only.
Delivery Timeframe during the normal circumstance⏱
After the payment is confirmed and we will process ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days(excluding
weekends and public holidays).
Except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
Delivery Timeframe during CMCO period⏱
We process all orders as usual. After the payment is confirmed and we will process ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days(excluding weekends and public holidays).
Kindly do expect some delay in parcel deliveries during the CMCO period. Parcels should be able to be delivered to West Malaysia customers in 5-7 business days.
Due to the reduction of flight frequency throughout the CMCO period, East Malaysia customers do expect to receive the packages in 7-14 business days.
Delivery Timeframe During Promotion Periods

The estimated delivery time frame is 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and merchant country's public holidays).
