What happens to my H-Points when I return an item?

Once your items are returned, we will deduct your H-Points according to the price of returned product.

For example: If your purchase total was RM100, you will receive 100 H-Points. However, you returned an item worth RM30. After returning the product, 30 H-Points will be deducted from your account.
